Dr. Hye-Jo Ahn

Dr. Jo obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology from New York University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Following dental school, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) and practiced as a general dentist in New Jersey. Her experience in general dentistry sparked a passion for endodontics, the specialty dedicated to saving natural teeth, and inspired her to pursue advanced specialty training.

Dr. Jo was selected for the highly regarded Endodontics program at Columbia University, an Ivy League institution renowned for its excellence in education and clinical training. During her time at Columbia, she advanced her expertise in endodontics and was honored to serve as chief resident. Her dedication to the specialty has continued beyond residency, and she is now in the final stages of becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, the highest level of achievement recognized by the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Jo is also a member of the American Association of Endodontists.

Outside of the office, Dr. Jo is an avid runner and a two-time finisher of the New York City Marathon. She continues to train for her next marathon and enjoys exploring new restaurants and finding a great bite to eat.
